NEW PRODUCT: DRR-15
Proto-1 has recently developed a new machine, the DRR-15. This machine can form in either a horizontal or vertical position. Diameters from 1” to 15” can be formed and tubes up to 20 feet long in the horizontal position can be formed. Applications such as, flaring,SAE beading, V-Band type beading, grooving, roll beading, and large beading can be achieved on this new machine. The tooling is cost effective and has quick changeover times. This machine will be on display at Fabtech 2017 in Chicago at booth B11049!

Hydro Ram Technology
Proto-1 has developed new tooling technology that can be added on to either our RAM-40 or RAM-70. Our in-house engineering staff can also build a custom machine to handle custom pressures and diameters. Our current Hydro RAM is capable of handling diameters up to 3” and 40,000 PSI. Contact our sales staff to learn more about our direct inject tube forming technology.
