Updated Website Experience
In 2019, Proto-1 launched a variety of updates to our website. We wanted to provide our visitors with a new user interaction experience that was easier to navigate than our previous design. Our new homepage provides access to almost every area of the website, in a sleek and responsive format. You can find our new updated experience on the homepage of our website.
Along with the new user interaction came the addition of our updated sample tube gallery. The gallery has been completely overhauled to showcase the products our machines our capable of producing. You can find our sample tube gallery here.
On our website, with each product that we offer you will find videos to match. While our website displays videos of our machines, not all of our videos are on our website. To find additional videos on our products, please visit our YouTube Channel where you will find hundreds of videos of past projects!
Community Involvement: Gold Ribbon Gala 2019
Last year, Proto-1 Manufacturing was given the opportunity to work with a non-profit organization called the CCFF. The Children’s Cancer Family Foundation aids families in the local area who are battling pediatric cancer. Every year, they organize the Gold Ribbon Gala, a fundraising and award recognition event to share stories and honor local youth who are helping families battle pediatric cancer. The Big Heart Award is given to 3 youths In recognition of their hard work and generosity. Proto-1 manufactured and donated the awards given for last year’s gala, and we are honored to be given the opportunity to do so again this year. Continuous Improvement – Customer Satisfaction
Proto-1 Manufacturing always strives to better its products and services. In doing so, we use internal and external methods to not only help us improve as a company, but also improve our quality of service. As of late, internal audits are being conducted to evaluate internal processes as well as our ISO certification eligibility. Our final ISO certification audit will take place later this month.
Part of our standard external procedure includes asking for customer feedback via survey after each project has been shipped. This method provides great input into areas they may need improvement. If you have purchased a machine from us recently or in the past, please feel free to provide your input through this short survey.
High School Presentation
Last year, Proto-1 collaborated with Winneconne High School to provide its students with a presentation regarding engineering, metrology, and manufacturing. Proto-1 welcomes the opportunity to educate the youth in manufacturing to help keep the workforce strong for years to come. Proto-1 enjoys partnering with the local schools to help more people enter the skilled trades workforce.
